Community Rehabilitation Hospital North is a state-of-the-art, 60-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced a loss of function due to an injury or illness. We offer intensive, patient-focused, specialized rehabilitation services.
Community Rehabilitation Hospital North has an advanced accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in Adult Inpatient Care and for their Inpatient Brain Injury, Stroke and Amputation Specialty Programs.
Community Rehabilitation Hospital North has also earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for Amputation and Stroke Certification. The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval® is a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to providing safe and effective patient care. It is the first rehabilitation hospital in Indiana to earn the amputation certification.
Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
